Today Fixes Yesterday. Whatever excuse you had for not starting your program yesterday is over. Walk at lunch. Hit the gym. Lie down on the floor when you are watching TV and do some situps and leg lifts. And then start figuring out your schedule going forward. Got to be to work early? Work out at lunch. Wednesday a big day of obligations? Don't convince yourself you can work out, move your exercise schedule to Thursday. I have been working out religiously for a year. The difference? A schedule that I could live with.
